Возможности плагина:
- Запрет на снятие реакций на содержимое. В настройках можно задать время, в течение которого реакция может быть отменена.
- Запрет на выдачу реакций на содержимое, созданное ДО момента регистрации пользователя.
- Права могут быть настроены как и для групп, так и для групп в конкретных узлах/разделах/альбомах.
