nstallation:
We go into the admin panel, from the side menu click on the "Appearance" tab.
In the menu that opens, select the "Languages" item.
On the page that opens, click on the "Import" button.
Select the XML file "language-Russian- (RU) -XF.xml" and import as "Child of language: (No Parent)".

On the left in the "Languages and Phrases" section, select "Languages".

Translation of new phrases

The problem with this version is that if you install on beta as a new language, then you must create the language and overwrite it, ignoring the checks. If you are importing into an existing language with rewriting, then ignore the checks (Confirmed - Error when trying to import language XML).
