I wanted to tweak the MR-TopicStarter plugin and completely remade it

• Custom icon font with two symbols
• Possibility to disable display
• Option to choose a round or square icon
• Since a font is used, the font properties are applied accordingly.
• Possibility to choose the position, left or right of the avatar.
